How to record a sale on Mobile

Step 1: Firstly, start on the homepage and tap "Record Sales" to go to the sales page.

Step 2: Secondly, choose the products the customer wants to buy. To select multiple items, tap the product repeatedly

Or long-press and enter the quantity.

You can also scan products that you have added with a barcode, just tap on "Scanner" at the top of the page, beside the search bar.

Step 3: Thirdly, tap "Go to Cart" to review your selection and then "Proceed to Payment".




Step 4: Fourthly, select the payment method (cash, POS, transfer, or multiple). You can also choose to sell on credit, offer a discount (by going to your business settings to enable discount), or add a comment.


Step 5: Lastly, tap "Pay" to complete the sale. If you're connected to a printer, the receipt will print automatically.

How to Add a Sale on Desktop

Step 1: Go to the Homepage.
Step 2: Click on " Sales" and select "Record New Sales" on your screen.

Step 3: Select the product the customer wants to buy. To increase quantity, click on the product multiple times.


or click on the product and add the quantity.

Step 4: Proceed to choose your payment method. You can choose to sell on credit, give a discount, add surplus, or comment.


Step 5: Click on "Checkout" when you're done.
